Local Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteering your time looks great on a resume, and will enhance your College/University application
Volunteer Auxiliary EMS Members
- Alberta Health Services and Bow Island and District Emergency Services are looking for people who would like to become
- VOLUNTEER AUXILIARY EMS MEMBERS with the department.
- This will assist the department with the ever increasing number of EMS calls that we are experiencing. You must be 18 years of age to apply and training will be made available.
- If you are interested and would like more information please contact Kelly Byam at 403-545-2424 or stop by the Bow Island fire hall.
Victims Services
- YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!!
- If you are a caring, outgoing, people person you could make a difference by volunteering as a Victims Services Supposrt Worker.
- Requirements: oath of confidentiality, a security check and taking the provided training courses.
